Unless otherwise specified. all terms shall have the same meaning in these Bylaws as such terms have in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (the "Declaration"), applicable to the property managed by The Reserve at Stonehaven Homeowners' Association (the "Association") and recorded with the King County Recorder. The terms "Owners" and "Members" as used herein shall be synonymous.
